We are pleased to announce 10 fellowships to journalists from local and regional media in Greece, covering their travel and accommodation expenses for iMEdD’ s International Journalism Forum that will take place from 26 to 28 September in Athens.
The initiative aims to encourage journalists from areas outside Attica to attend the Forum in person, participate in meaningful discussions and workshops, share ideas and network with remarkable professionals from around the world.
This year’s Forum focuses on environmental justice, the bias of artificial intelligence, how to build communities around an investigation, Solutions Journalism for small newsrooms, and creative formats for investigative journalism, among other topics.

What is included
The iMEdD fellowships cover travel and accommodation costs during the Forum and specifically from 25 to 29 September according to the specific conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to professionals, experienced and young journalists, working with or at regional press media in Greece
The selection of the candidates will be made after evaluation of the applications by the iMEdD team.
